what pen refills you are looking at? the one in ksk have parker ballpoint and cartridges refills

You don't need to use Mont Blanc refills. I use Pelikan 4001 ink refills in my MB fountain pen. They fit perfect and are available

at B2S, third floor airport plaza.

If like me you cannot find a shop that sells them in Chiangmai, there are several Mont Blanc shops in Bangkok, at least one of which also does repairs.
