Yep near railway station. They close in the afternoons. I think they might open mornings of public holidays too.

Is that a full Post Office, able to handle international EMS?

Would be surprised if they couldn't do international EMS, as they are based at the airport.

At Kad Suan Kaew there is post office in the basement. Have done international EMS mail there, and I think they are open full hours, 7 days a week. They do have boxes, but I have never checked how large the sizes are.

open until 12:00 Saturday, closed on Sunday.
