Here at The Pun Pun we will be having our Christmas Dinner as we do every year.

While we recognize that Christmas is a family time, a time of getting together with those who are close to your heart, ....and we do welcome those folks, we must also ackknowledge that there are those who are alone or have no close others in our community. While Christmas is and should be a joyous, happy time, some of these singles or smaller groups may not want to attend a Christmas Dinner at a big crowded, expensive hotel or large restaurant surrounded by large groups of festive people.

If you may feel like this, we are happy to invite you to join us in The Pun Pun Family Christmas Dinner. We will be having our Christmas Dinner main course of turkey or ham both with all the 'fixins' , reasonably priced for a Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day.

I see and hear of some very expensive spreads at some of the other places , but just maybe that is not for everyone. We would like to offer you a quieter and maybe better priced alternative. Believe me, no one goes away from a Pun Pun dinner feeling hungry.

I have never eaten Christmas dinner at Pun Pun, but I have had some really tasty turkey dinners there.

I know a couple of people who went to Pun Pun last year.

They enjoyed it very much and were more stuffed than the turkey!

As our Christmas dinners were not as crowded as the one we do at Thanksgiving, I was going to try and just go with open sitting. But that seems to be out and we have to go to the sitting time program.

Sittings will be on Christmas Day at 12 noon for the 1st sitting.

3 PM for the 2nd Sitting

6PM for the 3rd and final Sitting.

As a further now, booking have become a must.

What I meant of course was posting something like; (e.g.) 4 places left at 3pm and 2 places left at 6pm.

Then when they are full, you can post FULL to save people calling.

Big kudos to the PunPun team... just finished our holiday meal there and it was great. It was far more food than we could eat, so we brought some home for later. Serious value for the price, imo. Thanks again, guys...

Now that the dust has settled a bit, thank you War P & T for the kind words and for coming by for our Christmas Dinner.

And a big thank you to all of you other great folks that thought enough to have your Christmas Dinner at The Pun Pun, It would seem that at the end of the day, the turkey was not the only one stuffed. Thank you one and all , especially A & G and the group. Have to apologize for finally shutting the door on your , what appeared like a marathon, but having started the day at 4AM , by the time we wished you good night , we already had almost 18 hrs. in and with another group showing up at 6:30 his morning, the lids were heavy. Was good to meet all the new faces and hope that we see all of you back in the future.
