What are your prerequisites? No of bedrooms, distance to city, transport, have animals, etc.

There are many moobans (housing developments) all around CM - Sansai to the NE of city is popular, also Mae Hia on south side.

Rentals from 10k + outgoings; (Sat Tv, Internet, security, power and water) runs to ~ 15k total/all up, per month for us in a 2 bed/2 bath detached house with nice garden 3k's from CNX.
