My question: is it possible to do a visa run (for 15 cross border crossing) to the Mae Hong Song area?

There is no official border crossing point near mae Hong Song

I think there is an official border crossing, but its only open to Thais and Burmese at the moment. If that changes its only about 200 Klicks to Taunggyi
