Are you using a POP email client (Like MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express) or are you sending via a web based client (Like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox etc).
February 17, 200620 yr The actual text of the bounce message would be useful, it usually contains a reason for the return "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
February 18, 200620 yr Author I'm not using a POP email client, just online with my hotmail account with IE 6. I've sent another email so I'm waiting to get it back, then I can answer you Crossy.

February 20, 200620 yr I go for the reply address is wrong or some sort of spam filter on her end. Usually, it's because the addressee has a full mail box!! She needs to delete unnecessary mail.
February 20, 200620 yr Author I sent her a test email, asking her to send it back to me. I haven't received a reply, or had it auto returned yet I'll try again and ask her to check that her inbox isn't full, or there's no filter on it.
