I can receive email from my sister but can't send to her, not even by clicking reply, whichever way I do it it's AWAYS returned! I use @hotmail.com and she uses @ntlworld.com (UK). Any ideas what the problem is anyone?

You have to tell me more. Are you using a POP email client (Like MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express) or are you sending via a web based client (Like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox etc).

I'm not using a POP email client, just online with my hotmail account with IE 6. I've sent another email so I'm waiting to get it back, then I can answer you Crossy.

It may be because her mailbox is full, or she has set up a 'reply to' address different from the good one. The error message will tell us this...

Usually, it's because the addressee has a full mail box!! She needs to delete unnecessary mail.

I sent her a test email, asking her to send it back to me. I haven't received a reply, or had it auto returned yet :o

I'll try again and ask her to check that her inbox isn't full, or there's no filter on it.
