New address for visa center

BANGKOK: -- Operated by VFS, the Visa Center for Sweden, Denmark and Norway will move from Amarin Tower to the Alma Link Building, 12th Floor, Soi Chidlom on 7 January 2013. The building is right behind Central Chidlom department store on Sukhumvit road.

Bangkok police riding around with broken breathalyzers
