Featured Replies

Which bank"s ATM allows the greatest greatest withdrawl of funds when using a foriegn Visa card?

Most bank ATM's max out at 20 bills (20,000B)

Bangkok Bank has a 25 bill max (25,000B)

Aeon has either a 40 or 50 bill max (40,000B or 50,000B). - I've only done 40,000, but have heard of others getting 50,000B per withdrawal.

Also some foreign banks have a limit that they will let you with draw in a day, Best to set the limit with them before you come over here. I did not think to do so , Now Wells Fargo only lets me get 5,000 baht a day.Fortunately I have a credit card I can get more on but I use it seldom. When I do I just transfer the money on my computer from savings to visa. With a $16.50 charge for cash advance.

AEON 50K+ at least with my Maestro Card. I withdrew 56K or 58K THB on one occasion. The daily limit is set by my bank in Europe. I don't think the AEON machine sets the limit on the amount of bills.

the yellow ATMs will dispense 30k per transaction
