Can Someone Translate For Me In To Thai

Featured Replies

Som I love you so deeply,

I love you so much,

I love the sound of your voice

And the way that we touch.

I love your warm smile

And your kind, thoughtful way,

The joy that you bring

To my life every day.

I love you today

As I have from the start,

And I'll love you forever

With all of my heart.

I wish you a very Happy xmas And I hope your dreams come true in 2013

Love your husband

Moving to Thai Language Forum.

OK ... my Lassie will be along shortly and do this for you.

Might not be 'word for word' as some things do not translate with the feeling you wish to relay.

To the OP cuddlypete ... mate, you have fairly poor form.

You come to this Forum, ask for a long translation on Christmas morning <deleted>.

You get a reply in full from a natural speaker of the Thai language.

You've logged on since, and thus, assuming that it's important to you, have read the post ... it took my gf 30 mins to do for you ... but haven't got the smarts to come back and at least say thankyou?

I'm not sure rhyming poetry translates very well ....... but full marks to MFG for the effort involved.

Well said David, I now am no longer willing to translate for guys who post obvious facebook messages.

If its that important to you, learn the language, or if you cant trust the girl dump her.

Anyway David, tell your mrs thanks from me.

You go to the effort for someone...and the you find out they really dont care for the effort u make.

(edited ..i inadvertently quoted your last line)

When you do someone a favor, you shouldn't expect them to thank you for it. If you do, you will often be disappointed. MissFarmGirl did a nice thing, and that is a reward in itself.

I agree that if you expect a thankyou you can be disappointed, but that does not excuse rudeness

Generally on a public forum, asking a forum community member to put out their time, I think you expect a thankyou (even a like could be seen as such).

If you have time to revisit the forum, copy and paste the translation, you have time to type a couple of words to say thankyou.

Doing a nice thing for someone can be a reward in itself, but if someone takes advantage of that niceness, it is hardly a reward.

No doubt the op will be along soon to correct the situation

No one expects thanks, but it always nice to be appreciated for one's efforts. On the surface, the lack of response looks like poor form, but we don't know the OP's circumstances........

Maybe his lady was so overcome by his words (and MFG's translation) that she hasn't allowed him to come up for air yet!! whistling.gif

I thought exactly what you wrote!

First, OP is really in loves with wife how romantic,

then, someone did translate for him, there are real good people on Thai Visa...

then...incredible the OP did not even answered one word sad.png

(I know it's none of my business but it saddened me somewhere)

Kalasin. Unreliable (read: no) internet at times?

Or maybe she did smack him in the chops and call him ปากหวาน

I must admit, I copied a lot of that and gave it to my wife this morning - she loved it.

Not necessary. Just use it as a love letter to your orange. It might be confused about the husband comment though, but probably not. Oranges aren't too bright.

Well as he didn't say please in the original question, you shouldn't be that surprised that he didn't say thank you either :)
