That is one of the nicest balconies to have a coffee on I have seen. You are very lucky. Thank you Harry. Sorry the picture is so small, I don't know why it shrinks. The original was 504KB but it shrinks to 92KB when I upload it. Anyway the architect is a friend of mine and he lives nearby. He also supervised the building. I'll try uploading another picture taken near my house while on a horse ride.
Sirius1935
Same area near the Mae Nam Kham. This guy designed and built it. He used to work in Bahrain where he got the idea.

Popular Post villagefarang
I had resigned myself to returning home with no photos as I neared the end on my mt. bike ride today. Suddenly, in the middle of a muddy field stood a solitary tree. Something about it mirrored my mood of late, so I dismounted and circled the tree taking shots from different angles. This is a departure from what I usually post but thought I would do something different this time.

sceadugenga
With the camera, hand held on 10x zoom. To the naked eye the bird and bamboo could only be seen in silhouette. Edited January 20, 2014 by sceadugenga

Popular Post villagefarang
Our nearby Ing River all dried up and apparently rusting. The rise and fall of the river helps to mark the seasons here in Phaya Mengrai.
