Wife got her letter to go and have her biometrics taken right before Christmas.

Weren't too happy with the delivery of the notice, was dated 14 th December and post arrived on the 21st

First complaint was that they had posted 2nd class surely something with a time limit to get done eg 15 days should be classed as 1st class.

2nd the letter was delivered open it was not sealed and could have fallen out at any point or any nosey bugger could read it.

3rd they charge more money to have your biometrics taken surely it should have been included in the price ?

Anyway bad time limit over the christmas period.

All done and dusted now though would have been handy to be able to do this before her app but ont think you can ?

Only one question do we need to inform them that her biometrics have now been done ?

Having had her biometrics taken there is now nothing you or she needs to do except wait.
