I have a Non-B visa with a multiple re-entry permit dated/issued on 4th October 2012. When I was issued this visa I also received a friendly "reminder" that I have to notify the authorities on 3rd January 2013 if I'm staying longer than 90 days.

I left the Kingdom in November and returned on 3rd December 2012. Does this mean my 90 day reporting starts on 3rd December (i.e. upon re-entry to the Kingdom) and I don't have to report until 2nd March 2013 or is the re-entry date irrelevant?

I'm not sure whether I should notify them that I'm staying longer than 90 days on 3rd January or 2nd March.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Why copies if doing in person. The only thing I need is passport and report receipt.

Some immigration offices require a copy, even if you report in person.

Yep. It depends were you are Joe.

I have to make a few copies of Passport pages in Khon Kaen.

I can never remember which ones so I wait until they tell me.

I understand some do but post was very general without mention of what copies. All pages of passport for instance could be a lot of unneeded copies.

I always copy the photo page and the original visa and last extension, since I have a new passport I actually copy all the pages total of 5 used so far.
