What does that mean? Know how to use your time better?

example;

เธอจึงแก้ตัวว่าแค่สมเพชที่กลางวันแสกๆยังทำประเจิดประเจ้อ เป็นถึงเจ้าชายน่าจะรู้เวล่ำเวลาบ้าง

she made excuses saying - what a pity that during broad daylight you do something disgraceful , it’s like you ((Prince) should know something better to do with your time.)) ?

For context if needed, though maybe more confusing:

วันต่อมา ลัดลดากลัวจะเสียโซว์ไป จึงวางแผนโทร.สั่งขิงเอาน้ำมาส่งที่ห้องพัก พร้อมกับสั่งอาหารให้โซว์มาส่งเช่นกัน โดยเปิดประตูไว้ให้ขิงได้มาเห็น พอโซว์เอาอาหารเข้ามา เธอก็รุกเร้าปลุกปล้ำเขา ขิงเข้ามาเห็น เสียใจทิ้งขวดน้ำวิ่งหนีออกไป โซว์ตกใจวิ่งตาม ลัดลดายิ้มเยาะ

ลัดลดา sets up ขิง (the girl speaking in the example) to

see ลัดลดา ravaging the Prince so ขิง will get mad and

leave the Prince and ลัดลดา can have him..

(โซว์ is the Prince.) red letters are not significant if they show up in post.

What little I found suggests it's more knowing the appropriate time and place to do something, similar to กาลเทศะ. Hope someone can confirm or deny. It seems to fit at least.
