Glad to see everyone else so far believes as I do. What about the police that shoot people while off duty, like up in Pie a few years ago? Gang members are not going to turn in their guns. It will be like the failed, sporting gun registration in Canada. And, Canada has always had a law against private citizens owning and using handguns, and yet criminals continue to use them.
