Office Rental

Hi,

Is there anyone here who knows of an office space for rent? Just need a small working area that can function as an office, and are equipped with office desk, chairs, filing cabinets, Internet, phone line. Office will be used by myself for my newly set-up Company which offer Training, and Headhunting services. I don't need big space, about 10-15 square metres, don't mind sharing with others. Location preferably in or near Hangdong but I guess a bigger cannot be a chooser. Rental preferably below 8,000 baht inclusive of everything.

I goggled and found Airport Business Park providing what I need, however, they are charging me 10,000 baht per month excluding Internet, electricity and phone charges. Excellent location and facilities I must say. I need to sign a 3-year contract with 3 mo ths deposit plus one month rental in advance, and deposits for this and this and that.

Appreciate I could get some help from fellow members.
