Thanks guys, this is the first evening in months I not had pain in back and legs ... No pain killers this evening either!

First treatment today, 9 more to go ... just means driving the 12 kms to Nathon each time! If first treatment is this good I should be able to jump over the moon soon!

But I don't mind that as there is usually some thing to photograph on the way or way back anyway! !

There are cool fish in those Ice boxes!
