Can anybody suggest where I can go swimming for exercise in an Olympic size pool with lanes?

This may only be helpful if you are on the east side of Pattaya (the darkside). The Eastiny Resort has a 40 meter pool with lanes, usually very quiet as well but they do hold swimming lessons at weekends, usually between 3 and 6ish in the afternoon, and some weekdays after school hours.

Not sure about cost, I think around 40 - 50 baht.

Don't know if there are any Olympic sized pools in town...don't think most hotel pools have lanes whatever the size. Fairtex Sports Club has a large rectangular pool with people doing lanes in the morning (late morning and afternoons have hotel guests and kids splashing about in it). Day fee for gym is B300...maybe less for only pool.
