I'm not expecting an instant 'it will be cured tomorrow' answer but considering that every such topic digest email your auto-responders send out are carrying useless links I would have thought that this fault would be considered important enough to address as a matter or priority. A concerned moderator in charge of this part of TV might consider adding a line of text to the default Topic Digest saying that the links provided are broken and give an estimated repair date.
