How Do I Subscribe To English Language Tv Channels?

Need to get one of the satellite or cable providers, to install it. Try the company True Move, there are others but I can not remember their names.

I have GMM Z and True DSTV. In my opinion, GMM is worthless, True is better but expensive. I would contact True and either get cable or DSTV depending where you live. I've had True DSTV for 15 years, cannot get cable where I live. Many English programs but a lot of reruns. Sports is good but they continue to change the programming as they negiotiate new broadcasting contracts every year.

Which stations or content are you looking for specifically? What is your location?

I think your options are limited to:

cable TrueVisions or one of the smaller operators which may or may not offer service in your location),

internet (IP TV), obviously requires a broadband connection,

satellite, which requires an installation and potentially subscriber modules.

There are hundreds of threads on these subjects so a search might yield valuable background information?

It's just upgraded cable TV or satalite I use True and get most of those, on the first level up ,,,,, 4 movie chanels , the usual news stuff, and 10 or so other ones , a few sports, MTV and a bunch more stuff I don't use.

It's pretty much the same as any other place in the world as far as how you get more chanels on your TV.

We have a flyer stuffed into our box which offers us the possibility of customizing satellite signals to receive the foreign TV channels that we want. Can we rely on the flyer's promise? How is the TV reception?

It's almost impossible to pick up satellite signals from Europe because of the curvature of the earth.Signals would need to be bumped off a few satellites to reach Thailand.Using the internet is the best way to go.A good vpn service like UnoTelly would be a good way to go.

If you are staying in a condo then most buildings already have a local cable feed much cheaper than True if for no other reason than many Thais aren't going to be paying 2000 baht a month or whatever it costs these days. Three hundred baht a month gets you many channels including most of those you mention, haven't seen NBC though, just CNBC. Quality won't be as good as True but the price is good if that matters to you otherwise True is the easy option. Have you tried asking around to see what other people are using where you staying?
