Most probably a form of Neurofibroma. Genetic in origin. No definitative "cure" but some treatments are available including , in some cases, surgery.

I looked the condition that you mentioned above ... WOW ... never have seen anything like that before.

Compared to this, he has a milder condition.

Iv'e seen a few people around with it.

One guy in particular has a lot on his face, almost covered.
