Popular Post pigeonjake Posted November 24, 2015 Popular Post Share Posted November 24, 2015 hi guys, a couple of pics of what we have been getting up to here on the pig farm, we were getting messed about with buyers, saying they had to many,the price was down,ect ect, so i told them all to do one, and said to the wife thats it f££k um, ill build you a shop put it on mamas road frontage and we will sell our own pork, went to the goverment to get all the paperwork in order, permits ect, just to make sure we are all legal, and its going great, the best thing i have done, i think i just needed that kick up the ass to get it done, the wife loves it, we have them slaughterd at a proper slaughter house and get all the paperwork from them too, 300bht and ready in one hour all boned out, great guys they are, so here is some of the pics i took along the way the first one is me with the first side i made,as youll see its all sectional made of steel and board that sara wood looking board, the next is the trial fit up with janet, steel work for the next side and a couple of mac my wife in the shop on opening day, we are up to selling a pig every 2 days now, its going great, if we can get to selling 1 every day happy days,,lol as you can see i had signs made up also put flyers round on trees and at the garage ect jake 13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Haha hi dance, they slaughter and bone it out and cut in into 4ths, back ham, front shoulder amd belly, and loins, all 4 trotters are still on the hock so i cut them off the hock as i like a nice slow roasted hock too, but all the ribs are out, the leg bones out, all i do is cut it up into im not saying joints as we know them,,lol lumps, the tender loin goes into our freezer as, im sorry, the thai people would not know the difference so i keep them for us, beautiful they are too, its good mate i wish we had gone down this road years ago, and the wife loves in, she getts to natter to all the village and her mama every day, more people are finding her everyday, the school have just started getting at least 5 kilo everyday, so things hopefully can only get better jake 9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Wow !!! This is really deep... I estimate that it has been deepened by 4 to 5 meters with hundreds of truck loads being taken off site and dropped off on properties of anyone that wanted it and the rest spread along the top to increase the height of the lip.When it is full during a heavy wet season, a lot of water moves down there as you would Imagine. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
