Anyone know where i might get a digital to analogue converter (USB) or Headphone amp (should do the same job),

in Pattaya - tried the obvious places like TUK.com and 3rd floor of Central festival but no joy.

External PC sound cards (which have the functionality of a DAC/amp) are available at Hardware House at Tuk Com...maybe didn't understand if you used the terms DAC or headphone amp. Also, Mahajak audio on Sukhumvit may have some.
