Toilets In Thailand!

Borrowing this thread since I have long wondered about the toilets on the trains, how are those? Do they have running water or not? I guess that it's squat toilets, if so, is there anything to hold on to if one have to do a number two, or do one just try to balance as best one can when the train wobbles?
