Long story short,

Tonight I was out drinking in Bangkok and a guy in a bar accused me of being a monger or maybe a munger, he and

friends found it hilarious when I didn't know what it meant, so can someone please fill me in on what it means?

Iron, fish, costa, war, are words that can be followed by monger, none of them that bad, apart from the last one, plus I'm not that sure what a costa is.

Costermonger = seller of fruits on the street using a barrow.
