He has asked me if, after the ceremony etc, can she register her new name in Pattaya or would she need to go to her home town for her new ID with German name? I am not sure about the process (having never been married, nor ever will be for that matter). If anyone can give me a few simple pointers - yes/no to the question of new ID in Pattaya, source of wedding certificate etc. it would help him out a lot. Cheers.
