Moved Topics

Seems to me that more topics are being moved to different forums nowadays.

Sometimes, it's quite obvious why they are moved but often I can't see the reason.

Sometimes a mod will actually post in a thread so obviously does not see any reason to move it. Then the topic is moved later by another mod.

I don't really have a problem with topics being moved, but once they have been moved, I am unable to go straight to the first unread post. When the topic has grown to many pages before being moved, its rather irritating having to read it all again before finding my place.

Am I missing something here? Is there any way to go to the first unread after a topic has been moved?

Example:

I believe The "Thaivisa Forum Is A Mystery" topic was moved from General to Forum support.

Although the title suggests that it should be in forum support, the content belongs in General.

It will probably be moved back to General and I will have to run thru the whole thread to find my place again?
