Yasothon Should Have Enough Water For The Dry Season

Featured Replies

There will be enough water for consumption during the dry season, said Yasothon governor.

Yasothon (ยโสธร) governor Amnat Pakarat (อำนาจ ผการัตน์) insists that water for consumption in the province will be sufficient for the upcoming dry season, while asking for cooperation from the people to conserve water.

Mr. Amnat said that Yasothon province prepares to help farmers in 9 districts during the dry season, adding that personnel and equipments have been arranged, so that immediate help can be provided if needed. He said that farmers can be assured that water for consumption will be sufficient during the next three to four months, as the province has planned and have saved enough water since the past raining season.

The Yasothon governor warned, however, that the people should conserve water, adding that clean water should be saved for drinking only.

Does this mean that the water that they throw from the road sides and back of pickup trucks during Songkran will be "dirty" klong water? Or maybe they should be conserving and not throwing the water under any circunstances...No that will not happen...
