My wife just had her UK spouse visa approved last week and is now in the UK, in the summer we would like to go and visit my brother in the US. Does anyone have any experience getting there spouse a US visa when they have only been in the UK a short time? Should we expect difficulties or is it fairly straightforward if they have UK settlement?

You should not have any problem because of her status in the UK.
