The price range, size etc. I recall that View Talay rent out condos from THB 13,000 in a modern building. But I saw units farther away from the beach selling for only slightly more than EUR 10,000 with communal pool and far from seedy. The agency in Soi Post Office (next to the Post Office) has far more reasonable prices than some others, I noticed. Why not ask inside a tower which location you like? simcity Posted March 4, 2006 Author Share Posted March 4, 2006 Hello Kf6vci here is more info : I am living in Bangkok the last 8 years my own place ,when I reach 50 I plan to buy a condo along the seaside! I will use it at second residence OR my main residence if it is more substantial. I did not make my mind yet! My question about the map was to try to find a block of condo I like, along jomtien beach, not fare from rabbit resort! Low rise building. I was looking to see how much they going for! Many condos are post in Webb sites for months on end! Without selling . just trying to see the market there . i understand to go and live and look for a while is the bestway to do it!
