PATTAYA:--A Turkish tour guide was killed on Monday as he rode his motor scooter in Pattaya, after coming into contact with a bus loaded with Malaysian tourists which was leaving the “World of Gems” newsjsoutlet.

Emergency services were quick to attend but reported that Rustem Sadri had, in all probability, died instantly after he clipped both the bus and a parked motorbike with his own bike, on the busy road.

His misfortune may continue because if he only had that non-valid-in-Thailand driving licence, his insurance may not cover anything.

Being dead I doubt that he gives a XXXX. I don't think I would.

I think maybe thats the least of his worries

I was, of course, thinking of any family.

How thoughtful of you!!

I'm sure any family, in their time of sorrow will appreciate you took the time to point out that any insurance may not cover the deceased.

RIP

Would the bus company's insurer pursue a claim against a dead motorcyclist's family for scratches on the bus paintwork?

Even in Thailand, I doubt it.
