Never heard of it ! However, one of the best outlets for alcohol in Hong Kong is a rather upmarket outlet /supermarket in Ocean Centre in Tsim Tsa Tsui, sadly the name escapes me for now. But I am sure you will be able to find it as its rather large

Best bets would be GrEat in Pacific Place or Oliver's Deli in the Prince's Building - both places are in Central/Admiralty so easy to get to. They're supermarkets that stock a lot of foreign stuff. At a price!

you can get leffe here in BKK at places like HOB's Sukhumvit 55, or you can get a whole host of Belgian ales from www.belbev.asia, they even deliver to your door.
