Nokia Lumia 620 Good Of Apple Guy?

Hi a friend suggested this phone as I don't like the large smartphones (never had one before).......and my 800 baht Nokia is at last falling apart.

He sent me this:

The 620 has a good review, not too big, an OK camera, and they say it's great value (though I would love to know the price here if anyone knows).

Important for me half deaf it has good sound and a loud speakerphone.

I'm an Apple guy.

Will it mix with OSX and iOS?

You can't sync anything with iOS. It is a win mobile 8 phone. However you may like it after a while, it should be much better than crapdroid phones.

Seems I can get an old iPhone 3gs for less than this price. 6500bt asked for 32gb in excellent condition, some for 5000.

Only 3megapixel but hey may be pretty good for someone who has been using a Nokia 800 baht for some years?

iPhone 3GS screen is terrible compared to new retina screens. If you can afford 8,250 baht, you can increase your budget a little bit and buy a second hand iPhone 4. Much better choice than 3GS

Any screen would be a huge upgrade......and actually I would consider 8000 a lot, the best 3GS I saw for sale was 6500 asking others were 5000 that's a fair difference to a 4 for more than 8000......

I presume batteries can be renewed with quality fakes by the backstreet Mac guys?
