I need my wife to get the transcripts of telephone interviews taken by the British Embassy to appeal a visa rejection but she can't understand me.

What is the Thai word for transript or transcription?

As well as การถอดความ which I don't think works as a simple name of a document, you might try, สัมเนาคัดลอก copy of part of something, but I think it needs context.

I can suggest a few words with which you can bombard the wife which If you are learning Thai you might be able to cobble something together until an expert comes on.

You need more than one word I think.

I see that Google says 'copy of copy' for สำเนาคัดลอก which is not quite right for transcript but ok for this context I think.
