thaibeachlovers Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 So how can I remove a block of post to allow my reply to a quote? Only happened since recent change.
Crossy Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Are you referring to nested quotes? Please link to a post that exhibits the issue so we can verify.

Not sure what you mean by "nested quotes". However, I clicked on the quote button and the existing quotes came up in the "reply to this topic" box. When I went to post my reply, the box with "error you are posting too many blocks of posts" ( or something like that ) came up. Previously, I'd just highlight one of the blocks between the quote marks and delete, then I could post. Now, when I highlight in the new blue coloured box with no quote marks, I can highlight the text, but when I right click, no delete button appears. I don't remember which particular thread it was, but can't delete anything on this quote either. Thanks.

whybother Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 It's a pain trying to delete quotes now. If you happen to be in the wrong place you delete the header of a quote that you don't want to delete. It's going to take quite some getting used to.
george Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 We are aware of the issue with deleting quotes. It's a confirmed bug. We are waiting for a software update for this. Thanks for heads up! Cheers

Please note that I did not write what is under my username in the quote box. Looks like a real problem here.
thaibeachlovers Posted March 8, 2013 Author Posted March 8, 2013 OK, so I just deleted a quote and successfully posted. Highlight the text and username, and BACKSPACE to delete it.
