Thai Law Office And Thai Citizenship Issues

Interested in meeting with a Thai lawyer who has knowledge and experience with Thai laws governing citizenship of children born in Thailand to a Thai mother.

Already inquired withy Siam Legal (TV Forum advertiser). They have no one on their staff who knows anything about Thai citizenship issues. Incredible.

You are correct, DiamondKIng, unless the kids were born during the years when children born to non-Thai fathers and Thai mothers were ineligible (reference Revolutionary Decree 336). In the years that followed, the laws changed. Some of the district offices never got the memo, and I need some legal help.

I would imagine any half decent lawyer would know how to slip a few baht in the right place, after all that is basically their job. I have resolved some impossible scenarios that turned out to be quite doable after all.
