GuestHouse
"Start up and Stay Up in Thailand" by Roy Tomzawa is a good start, it gives a view derived from people who have made a sucess of business in Thailand, often after falling foul of a few traps. tjo o tjim
Doyle's Guide is pretty good for understanding the paperwork and process, with standard forms translated in English side-by-side with the official Thai version. It also goes through the different company types and benefits and disadvantages, how to fire people, all kinds of fun stuff. Forget the exact title now, but you should be able to dig on the law firm serimanop.com to find the information. Some good Thai business/tax law stuff as well.
