True Network Outages

Featured Replies

Anyone know if True have a current outages page? We've lost all cable tv & internet here in Thong lo/ekamai. Their website isn't particularly helpful or intuitive!

You could ring their helpline.

I have always found them helpful and the English very understandable.

Yes they are very helpful and most speak excellent English but........

I have had this problem twice where there has been a general outage on Thong Lor/Ekamai.

The first time I told them i had no TV connection and no Internet. I use cable Internet.

I was told to unplug, reset modem, reboot pc many times. I tried for about two hours, talking to the same guy. I called back the last time and a girl answered. When I told her ahe replied "oh yes sir. We have big problems in Ekamai/Thong Lor"

The staff don't always know or check what's going on.
