Does anyone know of a good second hand book store in Pattaya ? Or even a new one at that but one that sells western novels etc ?

I am looking for George Orwell's 1984. I could order it online and it may come in 10 years or just wondered if anyone knows a good bookshop here ?

There is a second hand book shop on the second floor of Tops central Pattaya.

If he doesn't have it in Canterbury Tales you can rest assured these good folks will have it.

I`d second the suggestion of Canterbury Tales, he has an extensive book selection there, don`t know of course if he has 1984 and yes, it is a good book.

It's all about personal preference but 1984 bored the living daylights out of me when I had to study it for my English Literature O level.

I'm gonna be called uncultured but I can't see the attraction of George Orwell at all. Each to their own though.

One more for the list: J&K Books, recently moved from near Dolphin Circle to Photisarn Road at Soi 4. Good selection, clean, and well-organized.
