Money transfer via your bank account to your partners bank account, using internet banking.

Snide remarks aside, if its a reoccuring transfer

Go to a local bank and open an ATM accessible account.

Mail her the ATM card

When she receives it, call her and give her the pin

Deposit money as needed and she can withdrawal it from any ATM for about a $10 fee (total)
