Chiang Mai Golfing

Hi, I will be in Chiang Mai for 2 weeks (starting March 25th) and would like to go Golfing at the local courses. Are there any Farang golfing days in the near future? Anyone looking for a game? I'm Canadian,a 20 handicap and don't take the game too seriously.

Tuesday, Thursday, Green Valley ( Alpine is closed to prepare for the Asian Tour event and will open again at the beginning of April and so the

Tuesday will revert back to Alpine)

Also the Royal League plays at Highlands and Green Valley, not sure which days.

These are organized, club days and 'competitve' play, guests are always welcome

There are a number of 'golf societies'. I'm a member of Chiang Mai Social Golfers. They plan at Lanna golf course on a Monday ( but not national holidays) and Mae Jo golf course Tuesdays and Fridays. Guests are welcome just turn up at 08:00 and introduce yourself. Other societies play at Chiang Mai Highlands and Summit Green Valley (better but more expensive golf courses). I don't have details but I'm sure someone will jump in with that later.
