Hi,

My wife and I have a very good opportunity available to us. There is currently a unit available nearby for a very reasonable price 1.8M THB. It is currently a restaurant and we wish to keep it as a restaurant.

I am a British national with a valid work permit and a full time job in BKK. My wife does not have a job (she looks after our 1 yo boy)

We have some savings but nowhere near enough to purchase the unit outright. We would be able to put down approx 200 - 250 K. We would therefore need a bank loan.

This is where I need some assistance;

Do you recommend any banks for commercial banking loans?

Does anyone have any experience in the process?

Stay at home mum is hardly a stellar qualification for a commercial loan.
