East Pattaya Webcam Sex Show operators arrested by Police

PATTAYA:--Three Europeans and three Thai’s were arrested early on Saturday Morning at a housing estate in East Pattaya, accused of producing and distributing pornographic videos and live webcam sex shows.

Police Major General Katcha, the Provincial Police Commander held a press conference at Nongprue Police Station on Saturday Morning to announce the arrest of Mr. Ethan Marcel Christopher Janzwarts aged 46 from The Netherlands, Mr. Zagar Luka aged 32 from Slovenia and Miss Melanie Pirich aged 27 from Austria. Police also seized a selection of sex toys and video making equipment at the small village in Soi 27 off the Siam Country Club Road just after 5am on Saturday.

Police obtained a search warrant based on information gained from a subscription web site which showed pre-made videos and live webcam sex shows. When Police entered they saw Miss Pirich in front of one of the cameras and she appeared to be in the middle of a show and was wearing only a bikini.

This has got to be a 'grey-area arrest'. Pay some money and this one will certainly go away. The self righteous Thai police who don't have giks, meanoi's and of course Pattaya (Thailand) does not sell sex, with Walking Street being simply a shopping mall, I mean what DID these people actually do? What happens in the privacy of a bedroom, up to them. Seems more like they have acted on a complaint and have just reduced the competition a little for the locals. If the boys in brown want to make a bust, they need only go to Craig's List and look under Film & TV where they will see countless ads for adult movie stars wanted. Put in a plant boys and then don't miss the photo op with the Thai media on how clever you all are...

What they did was broadcast on the internet what would normally happen in the privacy of a bedroom then charge for viewing it.

Pornography is definitely not a grey area in Thailand at all and giks, mia nois and go-go bars are not illegal here.
