From reading all the posts, it becomes clear to me that the government are trying to delay the paperwork due to the high turnover that the pharmacy has gained since being taken over. This is corruption.

So it is THAT PERSON in the SSJ that got OP in trouble and I am sure justice will prevail in the end and if OP feels that she is really hard done by the law, sue the guy and go to all the newspapers ,even better , go to that guy in channel 3 and air her grievances . Thats what I would do anyway.

as a later note, i was informed that one of the local government staff have been found out not doing his job properly, blocking paperswork, delaing paperwork, and favouring some people, (which is what was happening to me) ,and has now been demoted, the only reason he got caught was because he blocked the wrong persons paperwork and they had a friend in a higher position in the province, corouption still yes, but that is also karma.
