How's your day ? Wishing I could get some useful tips & infos from all of you senior members in this community forum.

I'm a Chinese resident from Malaysia. My name is Isaac Cheng. Currently 18 years. I was graduated recently. I supposed if I continue to study abroad/locally will my choice be abroad nor within my neighbouring country. If I was about to seek for a job, could I be able to do so ? I knew there are some circumstances need to be cleared out before I getting started or preparing for my plan. But I had read all posts that other members posted in question way and I did notice that this was the best portal which I can believe to in range of providing infos & tips of how to live in a foreign country (Thailand).

Anyway, I havent asked any question. But I do hope that those can aid me with this small & petty matters, please drop a message for me.

Here are 2 questions I wanted to ask.

1) Will I be able to get a job in Central Thailand in my age since I was a fresh graduater ?

2) If I do got a job, will any problems that comes in my way, could I be able to solve them ?

(Eg. Work Permit, Visa & others relevant required applications)

Please send a message/post a message if anyone ot this forum's member could give me some tips & infos. The more infos & tips, the better acknowledgement I gained.

Regards,

Isaac.

As you have no abilities for the work place believe it would be very hard for you to find good employment opportunities in Central Thailand. I would suggest you get some specialized work experience before you try to find employment in another country.

Hi there Isaac

Best wishes for the future. Sometimes I wish I was 18 again.

The link I have started using when looking for employment in Thailand is this one: Employment in Thailand.

It covers Government Departments, Employment Search and Recruiting Consultancies. There's a lot of links on that page. Visit them and send your Resume to as many as possible.

Good luck

Peter

You are a graduate at 18 years old - if your degree is any good you started at what age? You have little chance of getting a job in Thailand as thousands of Thais have your skills - most Thai employers employing expats are doing so for their experience of life and work - at this time you have non of these. Sorry

What subject is your University degree in?

That information might help up help you.

However you must be aware that there are many good University Graduates in

Thailand and they will automatically have priority in the job market.

Just as locals have priority in Malaysia.

To get a job in Thailand you will need to show that you have something

that the local graduates cannot offer
