I have sent messages to several people posting here and have not received one reply.

The latest is this http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/627825-technical-writers-jobs/?view=getnewpost which has an e-mail address that bounced as not existing and the thread is locked.

Same poster with this http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/627826-group-writers/?view=getnewpost and same aspects.

What's the point?

Neither of those threads appear to be locked, but email addresses have been removed per forum rules. Have you tried using the PM system to contact the advertiser?
