Where To Buy A Propane Torch?

I could use a handheld propane torch kit. The kind that has the small cylindar and a few misc. connectors depending on the flame a person wants. Available at any harware store in the States, but I was told in Tha Yang that I may have to get a kit in Bangkok. Has anyone seen these kits for sale in Cha Am or Hua Hin? I've attached a photo of the item in question.
