All these questions are related to a moving from Pattaya to Koh-Samui.

1) To rent a car do I need

a) A Thai car driving licence ?

c) A simple (europeen) car driving licence ?

2) I have an europeen driving licence (valid) with an international certificate ( out of date since 2008), can I apply to a temporary one year Thaï car driving licence without going (again) to the exam ?

3) I have a Thai motorbike driving licence (1 year) which expires in few month . Can I apply for a 5 year licence in Koh Samui or should I do it in Pattaya ?
