I have a condo in South Pattaya that I'm planning to carry out some small renovation to. It's a small job and I know others in the complex have intention of doing the same.

So I'm just wandering if anyone out there knows of any local workers looking for work thaty has a good work record

I think there is option of the condo to hire them fulltime as I know thay are looking for a replacement of a worker that have just left

I'm looking for someone that can do painting, plastering and handy man things

Take a look in the Pattaya forum, there is a few recent topics on this very subject with contact details etc.

Do it yourself and do it right, not hard to figure out, plus you wont have to pay a second guy to fix the mess the first made. There are no tradesmen in Thailand, only Changs of whom 95% know nothing but all are happy toover charge you.
