hi there my non o visa will expire on the 29 of may 2013 i have a kid who is nearly 3 now he have a thai passport because my partener she is thai

we are together but not maried how ever i have the over 400k in my thai bank account since the last visa i never used .

first when can i go to apply ?

second what docment do i need ?

third is it gonna take the same as the first time to get it ?

i am in bangkok

You say again so do you have a one year extension of stay from immigration rather than a visa? It would appear so and for another would require the same paperwork and TM.7 form and fee of 1,900 baht it child still living with you and everything the same.

You must be the legal father of the child, not only be on the birth certificate but also gone to court to be recognized as the father of the child and have that registered at the amphur.

i my son it born in the uk and i have the birth certificate translated in the Thai embassy in London i didn't have to show what you saying the first time i am the legal father
