Can I Apply For Work Permit In Different Province Then Where The Business It Registered

hi i am in phuket i have been offered a good job but need to start as soon as possible i know in phuket it take a long time to get a work permit some take up to 3 month they wont wait for me but in Bangkok i can do it withing 7 days i know someone there .

please help with the right answer

The only reference to Bangkok is saying that they do it in 7 days. He does not state that he is working in Bangkok.

Nowhere does she say the job is in Bangkok, she says she can get a WP in BKK within 7 days because she knows somewhere there.
